There is a non-refundable account setup fee of $50.
What is the annual record-keeping fee for my Self-Directed IRA?
The fee is $395 per asset or $100 per mortgage liability to a maximum annual fee of $2,370.
What are the transaction fees?
$125 for any purchase, sale, exchange, payoff, or re-registration of any asset or liability.
When am I invoiced each year?
On the anniversary of the asset purchase date.
Is there a termination fee?
Yes, $225 for a full account termination including a transfer of all assets from your account. $50 for a partial account termination including a lump-sum distribution or transfer of assets.

What is the cost to open a Health Savings Account (HSA)?
There is a non-refundable account setup fee of $50.
What is the annual record-keeping fee for my HSA?
The fee is $100 annually.
What are the transaction fees?
$40 for any purchase, sale, exchange, payoff, or re-registration of any asset or liability.
When am I invoiced each year?
On the anniversary of the asset purchase date.
Is there a termination fee?
Yes, $50 for a full or partial account termination including a lump-sum distribution or transfer of assets.
PRECIOUS METALS IRA FEE SCHEDULE
What is the cost to open a Precious Metals IRA?
There is a non-refundable account setup fee of $50.
What is the annual record-keeping fee and what does it include?
The fee is $275 annually.
What are the storage fees?
Your account will be charged 10 basis points of your total account value based on your depository renewal date, for a minimum of $125.
What are the transaction fees?
$75 for purchase or liquidation.
What are the shipping fees?
You will be charged based on the metal type and weight but a minimum of $50.
When am I invoiced each year?
