What is the job? As the Accounting Specialist, you will use your super collection skills to make outbound collection calls and process payments to our clients’ accounts to achieve the team A/R goal. Show me the money! You report to the Accounting Lead, who will also include you in busy season tasks and quarterly projects to keep it fresh. Hope you’re good at juggling! We can promise you will never be bored, two days are never the same.

How you will be successful.
– Make 30+ outbound collection calls per week
– Maintain A/R goal
– Timely completion of Accounts Receivable tasks

What you will do.
– Serve as a knowledgeable resource for client billing and resignation inquiries
– Complete monthly and quarterly account statements including the calculation of interest
– Manage data in software systems including:
*Cash balancing of all client financial transactions
*Coding and posting receivables
*Daily deposits, deductions, checks, and credit card deposits
*Process daily 945 Federal withholding EFTPS payments and reporting
*Prepare outgoing ACH, checks, and wires
– Balancing of accounting transactions listings
– Make outbound collection calls
– Monthly internal and external audits and billings
– Manage the A/R collection, resignation and liquidation process
– Distribute daily/weekly financial data to VLeadership and Custodian every Monday
– Contribute to completing operational quarterly projects
– Provide training to new teammates preparing them for their new role
– Be trained in other roles to deepen the infrastructure bench of our operation
– Maintain Accounting Assistant Desk Manual
– All other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferred

– Salary range: $48,000 to $52,000 based on experience
– Our office is in Scottsdale (8742 E Via de Commercio, Scottsdale, AZ 85258)
– We work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm with the office closing for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00pm.

What is the job? Your main function, alongside the rest of the Client Care team, is to pick up incoming calls. It ends up being a race to see who can pick up that next phone call. The incoming calls are a combination of attending to the needs of our current clients while guiding prospective clients through the process of setting up new accounts. You report to the Chief of Staff but will work side-by-side with your Captain who will also include you in busy season tasks and quarterly projects to keep it fresh. – Field 100 incoming calls on average per week
– Incoming call quality score of 90% or higher

What you will do.
– Be the first line of defense for all incoming calls
– Take incoming calls to guide prospective clients through the process of opening an account or through an open transaction
– Outbound client service calls
– Face to face client scheduled or walk-in meetings
– Respond to client needs with a personalized service by phone or email
– Provide training to new teammates in preparation for their new role
– Be trained in other roles to deepen the infrastructure bench of our operation
– Maintain Client Care Representative desk manual
– All other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of client service experience within a call center environment (within the last 5 years)
– Proven success at handling a high volume of incoming calls (100/week)
– Proficient at fielding and resolving escalated issues
– Polished and professional, takes pride in personal presentation
– Adept at building rapport over the phone or in person
– Client service experience at banking, investment, or other financial institutions a bonus
