AZREIA Event: Notes Subgroup

This AZREIA subgroup discusses how to invest in promissory notes secured by real estate. You will learn the difference between performing and non-performing notes as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each. You will have the opportunity to network and do business with other note investors, we pride ourselves in being a mentoring group, learning from each other.
You can expect to hear from industry experts as guest speakers so you can learn about things like IRA investing, insurance requirements, title and escrow processes, methods used by successful note investors, etc. Come join us in the paper side of real estate where you become the bank.
