Every December, I take time to reflect on the year. And 2022 was one for the books.

At Vantage, we focused on building a foundation for continued success. This involved tackling several key initiatives to make life easier for our clients and ourselves.
• We built a new website
• We increased automation during transactions
• We settled into our new office
All of this work was centered around one idea. Growth.

You see, “A Thirst for Learning & Growth” is a core value at Vantage. Something we rally around. Something we truly believe in.

At every obstacle. Every adversity. Our team asks the question: how can we move forward?

Here are a few ways we moved forward in 2022.

Website

In the online world, your website is your welcome sign. It’s the first interaction many people have with your brand. And, like any good brand, your website should be something that evolves along with your business.

It’s not a set-it-and-forget-it situation.

This year, we needed to retool our website and we did. We focused on creating cleaner navigation for existing clients, and easier-to-understand information for prospective ones.

Our content, designed to help clients, now has a spotlight. And our value proposition to new clients is clearer than ever.

All of this, together, aligns with our goal of making Self-Directed IRAs accessible to all.

Automation

No one likes filling out paperwork. We get it.

And this is especially true for financial transaction forms and tax documents. So, we identified opportunities to make the form-filling process easier and more efficient for everyone.

Before, clients had to print and fax (yes, that still exists) or mail documents into our office. Now, nearly every part of the documentation process can be completed online through our secure portal.

This means faster, simpler, and safer handling of important paperwork.

And no more dial-up tones. 🙂

Office

Throughout the pandemic, we prioritized health and safety for our team members. That meant remote work.

But as we looked to return to the office, the space we’d be working from became an important decision. It may sound small, but the setting matters. For us and for our clients.

So, in November of last year, we moved into a new office.

More windows and natural light. Larger, nicer meeting rooms. Better team spaces for collaboration and taking breaks. Not to mention dedicated bathrooms (as opposed to the shared ones we had before).

Our team loves the new office. And our clients do, too.

It’s been a win all around.

The Big Picture

At Vantage, we dream big and build daily.

This year, we’re proud of the foundation for growth we’ve laid. Streamlining work for our team. Creating a better experience for our clients. We’re ready for exciting new steps!

As we look to 2023, we’ll continue to be laser-focused on growing. And growing the right way.

This year was a success. Next year will be an even bigger one.

Your Reflection

I’ll pass the ball to you.

Now is the perfect time to reflect. So much can be learned, celebrated, and planned by looking at past successes and struggles. What did your 2022 look like? What are you aiming for in 2023?
